Target Link URI

The target link URI tells the tool where this particular launch should end up. It arrives in the ID Token and often carries query parameters that identify the piece of content being opened.

It is also checked: the URL being launched normally has to appear in the tool's registered redirect URLs, matched as an exact string. A trailing slash present in one place and absent in the other is enough to break a launch.
