Context

The context is what the launch happened inside, and in practice is nearly always a course or a course section. It arrives in the ID Token with an identifier, a title and a label.

Services are scoped to it: a roster read through Names and Roles returns the members of the context, and a grade column created through Assignment and Grade Services belongs to it.

A platform can grant a service in one context and not another, which is why availability has to be checked per launch rather than assumed.
