Does Microsoft Teams Support LTI® 1.3?
The short answer
Yes — but as the tool, not the platform. An LMS launches Teams from inside a course. Teams does not host courses that launch third-party LTI® tools, so it is not somewhere you install your integration.
If you were hoping to make your product launchable from Teams via LTI®, that is not what these apps do.
Which direction it runs
Microsoft publishes LTI® apps so that a course in Canvas, Schoology, Blackboard, Brightspace or Moodle can embed Microsoft functionality — creating a class team, scheduling a meeting, attaching a OneDrive file, setting an assignment.
The LMS is the platform. Microsoft is the tool. Your product is not in this picture, and there is no configuration that puts it there.
The apps are being replaced
Worth knowing if a customer mentions Teams and LTI® in the same sentence, because the ground is moving.

After a sunset date the classic apps stop working, along with content links in courses that used them. Material already created — files, notebooks, teams, meetings — stays reachable through Microsoft 365 itself; it is the LMS-side links that break.
Microsoft 365 LTI® covers the same ground and supports the major LMSes. Microsoft's sunset FAQ has the current dates, which have moved before.
Why this matters to you
Two situations where it does.
A customer reports "the Teams integration broke". If they are on a classic app past its sunset date, that is why, and it has nothing to do with your tool. Knowing the dates saves a long diagnostic conversation about someone else's software.
Somebody asks you to support Teams. Establish what they mean. If they want your product available inside Teams, that is the Teams app platform — a separate integration with its own model, not LTI®. If they want your product available in the LMS their institution runs, you may already support it.
LTIAAS covers LTI® 1.3 as tool or platform, and Teams is neither in a way that involves you. There is no Teams setup guide because there is no LTI® registration to perform.

Can I make my tool launchable from Teams?
Not through LTI®. Teams has its own app platform, which is a separate integration with a different model. LTI® is not the route into Teams.
